How do I get the muffler off of the rub holder so that I can remove the bolt over the muffler.

Expert Reply:
To lower the muffler on your 2014 Honda CR-V you can slide the bracket out of the rubber holders. You'll likely need some lubricant to loosen them up. See the video I've attached of the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75742 being installed. If you skip ahead to about the 3:50 mark you'll then see the muffler being lowered.
