Question:
Hi, I would like to add a roof vent fan to my 2016 Taxa Tigermoth micro camper. The MaxxAir fan # MA00-06200K looks like a good unit. However the Tigermoth roof slopes upward at approx 15 degrees. Would this be a problem? Do you think this would be too large a fan for the small Tigermoth?

These types of fans will work with slanted roofs. The only time that a slanted roof poses a problem for one of these is when the roof has a kind of dome shape. As long as you are installing this on an even slope it will work just fine.
The great thing about this fan is that it has an adjustable thermostat so that your Camper or RV can sit at a certain temperature. It will work great in your Tigermoth. Just a few specs to add: the rough opening size required to fit the fan is 14-1/4 inches X 14-1/4 inches. It will fit roof that are 1-1/8 inches to 6-1/2 inches think; if your roof is less that 1-1/8 inches thick, then you will need to build it up. One thing you might want to consider is that since your trailer is so small, this fan might be a little loud.
If you need additional wiring for your setup we do offer some 16 guage wire # DW02359-1, and if you are needing a sealant we have that as well # 0160297-just make sure that the sealant will work with the material on your roof.
