Will this fit fat 4.8 tires with the Kuat Phat kit additional strap? Thx

I reached out to my contact at Kuat and the Kuat Sherpa 2.0 2-Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches - Tilting - Pearl, # SH22P, will fit tires only up to 3 inches with the additional strap. I've linked the page to all their racks that come with the Fat Bike compatibility to assist. The Sherpa will not adapt for that size tire, but there are other options that will work.

The bike carriers that will adapt to fit the 4.8 inch tires are the Kuat NV 2.0 Base Rack # BA22B, the Kuat NV 2.0 for 2 Inch Hitches # NV22G, and the Kuat Transfer # KU74FR. With these options, you would still need the Phat Bike Adapter Kit for Kuat Transfer Platform Bike Racks # APBK. This adapter will fit tires between 2.5 inches and 4.8 inches wide.
