The TorkLift Trailer hitch part # TLF1005H is a confirmed fit for your 2014 Ford F-150 that has a factory hitch and it has an 800 lb tongue weight/8,000 lb total weight capacity so it would fit and be a great option.
Be sure not to exceed the weight capacity of the truck either with the extra capacity of this hitch. In the owners manual your total towing capacity will be listed.
