Question:
I have a swing away tongue thats about 3 feet long from where the actuator would be to where it would break away. Will the flexible brake lines be able to bend to accommodate the swing away tongue? Also, does this kit come with the bolts that attach the caliper mounting bracket to the trailers 4 bolt brake flange? One more: I have a straight 4 light harness on the trailer/tow vehicle. How would the electric lockout on kit T4843100 hook up to my straight 4 connector?

You will just need to order a few extra parts to be able to use the Titan Disc Brake Kit and Aero 7500 Actuator w/ Manual Lockout on your swing away tongue that is 3 feet long. You will need to order the Titan Hydraulic Brake Line with Fittings - 12-27/32 Inches Long, part # T0777300, the Titan Hydraulic Brake Line with Fittings - 30 Inches Long, part # T1061900, and the Titan 3/16 Inch Hydraulic Union, part # T1287900.
The 30 inch long brake line # T1061900 will attach to the actuator, along with the 3/16 inch union # T1287900, and the 12-27/32 inch flexible hose # T0777300. This setup will give you enough length of hose to be able to use the 3 foot swing away tongue
The disc brake kit does come with the mounting bolts that attach the brake caliper mounting bracket to the trailers 4-bolt brake flange.
The Titan Disc Brake Kit and Actuator, part # T4843300, will not connect to a standard 4-flat trailer connector. You will need to make sure you have at least a 5-Way wiring harness with a reverse circuit, like the Hopkins Endurance 5-Way Flat Trailer Wiring Kit - Vehicle and Trailer Ends, part # HM47890, to account for the reverse lockout feature on this type of braking system. You would wire the extra wire on the vehicle end 5-way to the vehicles reverse light circuit. The lockout feature will also work with 6-Way round or 7-Way wiring harnesses.
