Battery sizes can vary a bit but the one you have for your trolling motor should work fine with the NOCO Battery Tray # 329-BT27S that you referenced. You would want to measure the dimensions of your battery to be certain though.
The internal dimensions of the tray on this measures 12-7/8 long x 7-1/8 wide wide.
