With a tandem axle 16,000 pound trailer, you will be better off with tires with a G load range. These are generally rated at 4,000 pounds or more.

The closest size we have is ST235/85R16 sized tires that have a load range G. I suggest the Taskmaster Provider # TTWPRG235R16. This tire is a 14 ply radial tire with a maximum load capacity of 4,400 pounds at 110 psi. You always want to run your trailer tires at the maximum psi to get the best performance out of them. These also have a speed rating M which is a maximum speed of 81 mph.
