I currently lease an F-150 4x4 Supercrew cab with a 5.5 short box truck bed. However, in the future I may lease/buy an F-150 Super Cab with a 6.5 short box truck bed. Question: 1. Can the TLF2019 be used on a 6.5 truck bed? 2. Can the TLF2018 be used on a 5.5 truck bed?

Camper tie downs # TLF2019 are only for the 5-1/2 foot bed and # TLF2018 are only for the 6-1/2 foot bed. They cannot be used interchangeably between the different length beds on a Ford F-150.
So basically, the front tie downs will be different between the different bed lengths.
