i have dexter 7 x 1 1/4 brakes, and dexter drums drum part number wf3 , or 8-257, or 4f30is stampled on the drum .\ i need the whole setup, brakes and drums. what part numbers do i need,. the drums look deep to me....

The replacement hub you need is the part # 8-257-5UC3-EZ which is exactly what you have and then for replacement brake assemblies you would want the part # 23-48 and # 23-47.
