What is the height of the the top tread surface off the TOP of the receiver tube ? Thanks

I went to our warehouse to measure the Brophy Hitch Stair with 2 Steps # RHS2.
From the top of the shank tube to the top of the upper step the distance is 5-1/2-inches, as shown in the linked photo I prepared for you. From the top of the shank to the very bottom of the entire step assembly the distance is 6-1/2-inches.
