Would this work with 2007 TOYOTA Tacoma rear hitch?

If the hitch you have installed on your 2007 Toyota Tacoma is the Draw Tite Hitch part # 75236 then yes the Draw-Tite QSP Trailer Hitch Silencer # 63080 will fit it and work well.
This anti-rattle device only fits Draw Tite hitches though so you would have to have the mentioned Draw Tite.
