Question:
I have a food trailer that I am looking to light up at night. What lights would be suitable for lighting up the exterior walls of the trailer?

There are certain requirements for lighting when towing, so you will have to run your lights in a way that doesn't interfere with the state laws. I'd recommend running your lights off a separate plug or battery to make that easy.
To add to the functionality and/or look of your food trailer, any exterior light for RV or Trailers will work. I can give you a couple of options/styles to consider.
I like LED lights because they are bright, require no maintenance, and draw less power. I think the Ultra-Thin-Line LED Utility Light Bar, # BUL69CB, is a really nice option that will make sure customers aren't bumping into each other. It covers 15 inches length with a slim design.
I also like the LED Rectangular interior/exterior Light from Optronics, # ILL22CB. This little light can really brighten things up.
Another option I personally like isn't an LED, but is a halogen flood light that puts out 55-watts. This light has a clamping mounting bracket which makes the light adjustable up and down or if mounted vertically, left to right. This is called the Bully Bumper Mount Backup Light-Clamp On # PL-807.
