Why Would Trailer Taillight Be Dim On One Side of Trailer

Question:
On my 2010 International ProStar the left blinker works on the trailer the right blinker is real dim or doesnt work at all the fuses are good the relays are good I checked all the wires from pigtail all the way to firewall everything looks intact

The ground for the light assembly is weak and is not allowing the light to fully illuminate. Check to make sure it's ground is connected to a clean metal surface. Or run a jumper wire from it to the main ground of the trailer and it will start working again.
