Hi, we have a 2015 Sunseeker MBS by Forest River , we purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler sahara, manual transmission to flat tow behind us as we tour the US. What towing system would you recommend.

Safe and legal flat towing requires a few items including a tow bar, safety cables, a wiring/lighting kit of some kind, a high/low hitch adapter, wiring extension and on the toad a set of base plates and a supplementary braking system. Each of these is detailed in the linked article on flat towing.
Starting with base plates for the Wrangler, so long as you have a standard bumper with no winch or guards I suggest the Demco kit # DM9519292 (shown in the linked video) along with their Commander II tow bar # DM9511012. Safety cables are included. For lighting the easiest solution is a simple magnetic light kit like # PE26UR that requires no cutting into the Jeep's wiring. It can be used with a wiring extension kit like # DM9523004.
A high/low adapter will help keep your tow bar level, which is important for good handling. You can use the linked article and product page to select the right one.
The braking system I recommend is the Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251. It's a permanently installed sytsem and therefore only requires you to flip a switch to set up and tow. The installation is more involved than portable systems but in the long run I think it's the better option.
It is always recommended that you consult your Jeep owner's manual to confirm that it can be safely flat towed.
