Adapter for Saris Freedom Bike Rack to Fit it to 2 inch Hitch

Question:

Looking for adapter for saris freedom hitch mount rack 1 1/4 rack to fit a 2inch hitch. Could not tell from the picture what the bolt is for or where it goes. Also could not tell from the picture if the hitch pin goes thru both the rack and adapter to ensure a secure attachment Is the following part your best option? Hitch is a Curt brand Saris Accessories and Parts - SA3032 Thank you

According to Saris the adapter part # SA3032 is designed to fit all of their bike racks that have shanks for a 1-1/4 inch hitch to convert them to a 2 inch hitch.

There will be a bolt hole right next to the hitch pin hole of your # SA4412B. That is where the bolt goes. See picture.
