Question:
Does this light meet rear reflector requirements for DOT? Do you have a 2x6 light with Turn, Tail and Backup that does?

Yes the Optronics oval tail light with backup light # STL211RB meets DOT requirements for use on a trailer. If you want something with even more reflective qualities you can use # STL161RLB for left side and # STL161RB for the right side. I have linked videos of both of these lights for you.
