Im trying to decide between the Draw-Tite or the Curt as a front hitch on my 2015 Tacoma. Which do you recommend? It will primarily be used as a winch platform. at least for now Thanks,

If it were me, I would go with the Draw-Tite front mounted hitch # 65070 over the Curt front mount hitch # 31313 for your 2015 Toyota Tacoma.
We have just had better luck with the Draw-Tite brand and for the increased vertical pull, if you ever decide to use it for another purpose plus the lower cost the Draw-Tite is pretty hard to pass up in my opinion.
