I personaly like the cargo carriers with the wire flooring because it's more supportive depending on what you plan on transporting with the cargo carrier. For this reason I'd go with the Curt # C18110. This cargo carrier's sidewalls also have tie-down points to secure your gear.

Since your hitch is a Class I 1-1/4 inch receiver, it is very likely that the tongue weight capacity of your vehicle is lower than the 200lb rated hitch. You will want to check the placard on the inside of your drivers door to see exactly what it is. It's important to know that you will be limited to your lowest rated item, so even thought the hitch is 200lbs and the cargo carrier is 300lbs you will need to abide by the lowest rating which will most likely be the vehicle's frame. In addition to that you will need to subtract the weight of the cargo carrier and that will be the allowable weight you can carry safely. For example if your vehicle ends up having a 100lbs tongue weight capacity you will need to subtract the 30lbs for the Curt # C18110 and that will leave you with 70lbs of tongue weight for cargo. The Surco cargo carrier weights 40lbs.

Additionally depending on the which branded hitch is installed on your Accord you may need a stabilization strap like # 18050 if it is a Curt branded hitch per their warranty.

For a great bungee cord set we have # EM06623 or if you prefer a net design the # C18200 is nice.

I have linked the above mentioned products to this page for your viewing and purchasing convenience.
