I need 2 LED backup lights that will go in a 2 1/2inch hole and can not seem to find the right part number. Please advise

If you can very slightly enlarge the hole so it's 2-5/16 inches in diameter, I have a grommet mount lamp that will work great for you. The # UCL50CB LED lamp would use the # A54GB grommet and the # A46PB wiring pigtail.
The lamp isn't considered a back-up lamp, but unless the vehicle in question is a commercial vehicle that's subject to DOT inspections, it'll work great for you.
