Question:
good Morning, Will you please recommend all of the parts I would need to get a 2000lb timbren suspension installed on a trailer. I am using VW wheels. I believe the hole pattern is 5 lugs at 4.5. Ideally, from the bottom of the frame of the trailer, the center of axle is 5. A 4inch will work as I can adjust the fit as necessary. The face of the hub that the inside of the rim sits against is 6.5inch out from the outside edge of the trailer frame. More is fine. Too much less than that and I will be adding more steel than I want . Ill need the bearings as well as a brake set up and any other suspension related pieces to pretty much bolt this on and roll down the road. I plan to use an electric brake controller so any suggestions there would be appreciated.

The Timbren Axle Less System part # ASR2KHDS03 that you referenced will weld or bolt on to the trailer frame. Hardware for that is not provided.
For hub/drums to fit the included spindles you would want the part # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K and then for brake assemblies you would want the part # 23-27 for the right hand side and part # 23-26 for the left hand side. The hubs are for a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern.
For a brake controller I would recommend the Prodigy P2 Brake Controller part # 90885. This is our best selling brake controller because of how well it works and how easy it is to setup. This is a proportional brake controller that senses the amount of braking the tow vehicle is applying and applies a proportionate amount to the trailer brakes.
