Question:
Fastway Ez2 versus Equal-i-zer? Looking for opinions on this, please. TT is a 2017 Keystone Outback 240URS: empty 4950 lbs, full 7600 lbs. TV is a 2004 Toyota Tundra Limited, Double Cab 4x4 with tow pkg, rated 6600 lbs with 660 lb hitch weight. I know I cant max the load out on the Outback as it will exceed the Tundras rating. I eventually plan to buy a truck with the tow rating for the higher weight capacity of this trailer. Thank you

The benefits of an Equal-I-zer hitch over the e2 is primarily the improved 4-point sway control of the Equal-I-zer. The 4-point sway control utilizes steel on steel friction at the arms as well as in the hitch head to stop sway. The e2's 2-point sway control uses the same steel on steel friction at the arms to fight sway.
Another difference in these systems is that the Equal-I-zer system includes a hitch ball, but the e2 does not. For the e2 system, you will want a hitch ball with a 1-1/4 inch diameter shank like # EQ91-00-6100 for 2-5/16 inch diameter hitch ball or # EQ91-00-6080 for 2 inch diameter hitch ball.
I would recommend the Equalizer as some refer to them as the nicest systems around.
If you plan to stay under the 660 lb tongue weight capacity of your Tundra I would go with the part # EQ37060ET. Or for a higher rated 1,000 lb tongue weight setup we have the part # EQ37100ET.
