What are the Mounting Tab/Bracket Dimensions of the Reese Landing Gear RP500708
Published 07/12/2016 >
Question:
Im a little confused about the location of the welded tabs on the outer tube. The picture on the part on your site shows one tube with the tabs on two opposite sides and the other tube has them on all sides. The part review video has the brackets on the tube with the side of the brackets against the tabs but the installation instructions have the tab on the back portion of the bracket. So how are these mounted? Looking at my fifth wheel if I open the side front doors where the propane tanks are the landing gear is off to the back side of each tank and the legs fit into the brackets pushing in from the side. Trying to figure out if these will work. The 15 1/2inch and 17 1/2inch dimensions are there.

Based on the dimensions you listed the Reese Landing Gear part # RP500708 that you referenced are going to fit your trailer without any modifications. The mounting tabs and brackets will be orientated just like what you described and what you see at the attached picture.
