2008 F-350 with lift Hello, Do I need any other spacers or parts if I have a 4inch lift? Thanks!!

Since your 2008 Ford F-350 has a 4 inch lift you will need spacers # F2370 to install Firestone air bags # F2550. This is assuming you have a suspension lift that moves the truck frame further away from the axle. If you have a body lift then you will not need the spacers.
