Would SA4025F fit the 2016 Mazda CX-3? I have 2 bikes. I looked under the rear bumper and did not see anything to attach a rack to. What do I have to buy/install to make this work?

The Saris SuperClamp EX part # SA4025F that you referenced will fit your 2016 Mazda CX-3 once you install a trailer hitch on it. For that you would want the part # 24933 that is confirmed as a fit for your vehicle.
