Yes, the head from a B&W Companion Slider Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # BWRVK3400 will fit on the Replacement Base for B&W Companion # BWRVB3500. I confirmed this fit with my contact at B&W.
The head assembly for the Companion Slider and Companion fixed hitches is the same, # BWRVC3006.
