Installation of LED STL70RB Upgrade from Incandescent Sealed ST70RBTK

I would like to upgrade ST70RBTKs to STL70RB. Will the STL70RB fit into the Black outer case of the ST70RBTK? If so can you tell me how to remove the ST70RB from the case? Or perhaps there is a STL70RBTK?

I have a solution for a mounting bracket for the LED trailer lights # STL70RB, but the black outer case of the # ST70RBTK is glued to the light and not sold separately.
The # STL70RB will fit into the # A70GB grommet and that grommet to the # BK70BB mounting bracket or # MT-BOX65 mounting box. Unfortunately, there is no STL70RBTK offered.
