Do the straps to secure your tires on the tow dolly,just come with one strap in a pack or two?

The Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Self-Steering Wheels and Electric Brakes, part # RM-2050-1 comes with two adjustable wheel nets.

The wheel nets included with the dolly will work with 12-inch to 16-inch tires and includes ratchets to secure the vehicle to the dolly. I have attached a link to a product review video for the tow dolly you can check out.
