Will the boa roof mounted fit my 2013 RAV4? And what about safety at interstate speeds of 80MPH

I have a bike rack solution for your RAV4 factory roof rack, but the Yakima Boa will not be a fit for your vehicle.

According to Yakima the bike racks that will fit the factory roof rack on your 2013 Toyota RAV4 are the # Y02103 FrontLoader, and the # Y02098 ForkLift.

The bike rack will perform just fine at highway speeds. The bike rack does not have a specific speed rating on it.
