What is the best saw to trkm down the length of the yates rubber trailer guides that are 2 1/2inch diameter?

If cutting a rubber roller such as # YR12243-5 I recommend a hack saw with a fine tooth blade. Be sure to measure twice and cut once! Using a vise or a few clamp to hold it steady will help to get a consistent, even cut.
