Will these accommodate Jeep tires that are 31inch by 10.5? They are on 15 inch rims.

My Ultra-Fab representative tells me that the # UF46-700034 wheel net works best on tire diameters up to around 28 inches.
I'd recommend using an ratcheting axle strap like # BDW20229 from Bulldog Winch. Each strap has a 3335 lb capacity.
