Question:
Im looking for a 12V 12inch x 2inch electric brake to replace those on my 64 Streamline Countess travel trailer. From my research, I believe that it has 5200 pound axles. The current hubs each have inner bearing 25580 and outer bearing LM67048. Im pretty sure that the current electric brakes are the old Kelsey Hayes brakes. The bolt pattern on the brake plate appears to be 5 on 3-7/8inch with the bottom two holes separated by 100 degrees from each other and the remaining 3 holes are 65 degrees apart. Attached is a picture of my existing brake plate. Will this AKEBRK-7L-SA brake plate replace my old Kelsey Hayes electric brake? And if so, would it likely be compatible with the existing drum or would I likely need to purchase the hub 8-201-5UC3-EZ? My axles require a grease seal with 2-1/4inch inner diameter and 3.376 outer diameter so I assume that RG06-070 would be the appropriate seal to use with the above hub if its necessary to purchase that as well? Thanks!

It looks like the brake assembly in the picture has the standard 5-bolt pattern found on 5,200 to 7,000 pound axles. it is hard to say if it is a Hayes assembly or something else. There may be a logo or other information stamped into the back of the assembly.
Brake assemblies # AKEBRK-7L-SA and # AKEBRK-7R-SA have the same mounting pattern and work with 5,200 to 7,000 pound axles. These brakes also fit a 12 x 2 inch (inner) drum so the ones you have would work. But if they are worn enough or have discoloration where the magnets ride then I do recommend replacing them.
Hub and drum # 8-201-5UC3-EZ does use the same bearings you have indicated. You could use the included seals even though they are slightly smaller and it will be a tight fit on the spindle. Otherwise, yes, you could replace them with # RG06-070.
