how do you reprogram remote. Wont communicate with camper

I called my contact at Lippert about reprogramming the remote for your Ground Control 3.0, part # LC358590 when you install the replacement control module, part # LC304136.
In the service manual you will need to follow the instructions for Homing Jacks and Zero Point Calibration on page 6. They told me that the first thing you need to do before following these steps is to lower the inner leg on the front landing gear legs but make sure you have no more than 5 holes showing. Then you follow the instructions as stated above.
