Question:
Im looking for a 5th wheel kit for my 2014 Silverado 1500 2wd 6.5 box. Id like it to have a slide feature. What hitch do you think is good, better and best? And why?

For a slider hitch for your 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 6-1/2 foot bed I would recommend an auto slider like the Demco Hijacker part # DM8550034. Not only will this allow you to have tight turn clearance but since the hitch slides automatically you will never have to worry about getting out of the vehicle and manually sliding the hitch when in a parking lot. I attached a review video for you to check out as well.
For the rail kit the best option is go with a custom install kit like the part # DM8552013-71 which will fit your truck and would allow for a much quicker install time and would minimize drilling.
