If you can't use your tow vehicle to move your pop-up camper into your garage then your best option is a trailer dolly like the Rack'em # RA20. This cost-effective dolly features pneumatic (inflatable) tires and a 1-7/8-inch hitch ball. It can handle a trailer with a weight as high as 500-lbs.
You might want to have some wheel chocks like # A10-0908, and a competent helper, for safety when moving the trailer especially if it will be moved on an incline.
