What would you recommend for a carrier to mount this tire to the tongue of a snowmobile trailer? It looks like like the Fulton rising carrier doesnt work on a tire this small.

The spare tire carrier I recommend is the Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier, part # FHDSTC0101.
This carrier will work with the 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern of the # AM3H323 tire and wheel combo. This carrier will work with trailer frames 3-inch wide x 5-inch high.
