You are correct - the Kenda 215/60-8 Bias Trailer Tire with 8 Inch White Wheel # AM3H323 referenced in your question has a maximum load of 1,165 pounds at 70 psi. This maximum load refers to a single tire. If you have four tires on your trailer, they will have a combined maximum load of 4,660 pounds (1,165 x 4).

This will be the same for any trailer tire you look at. To determine the combined capacity of the tires, you will simply multiply its maximum load by the amount of tires you have on your trailer. You will want to make sure this meets or exceeds the loaded weight of your trailer.

I have attached a short video demonstration on this tire and wheel combo that you can check out, along with a couple of articles on trailer tires and wheels that you might find helpful. Keep in mind that you should always inflate trailer tires to their maximum psi as listed on the sidewall.
