Question:
Can I replace ST205/75/15C with ST225/75/15D on my travel trailer?

Most likely yes, but you will need to consider the addition height of the larger tire size to know for certain if your trailer can accommodate the larger tire.
The height difference between the two sized you mentioned is 1.3 inches total. That means you will lose about 5/8 of an inch of fender well clearance since only half of that additional distance will be above the center of the wheel. Chances are you will be fine, but you will want make sure you have at least 3 inches when it is all said and done.
For a 225/75R15 in a Load Range D I would recommend the part # TTWTRTM2257515D. This has the size and Load Range you want plus it has an 81 MPH speed rating which is great considering most trailer tires are only rated for 65 MPH. I attached a review video as well.
