Can Size 225/75-15 Load Range D Trailer Tires be Replaced with Load Range E Tires

There's no harm in putting tires with a higher load range on your trailer when replacing them. With that being said there's no gain either. At least not from the load range. The tires technically have a higher capacity but that isn't going to increase the capacity of your trailer because you're still limited by whatever component has the lowest rating. As long as you still keep the trailer within its capabilites the higher rated tires will work just fine for you.
I'm guessing your tire size is 225/55-12 like part # AM1HP60 since you said load range E is all that's available. If this isn't the case let me know what size you have and I'll make a specific recommendation.
