We do offer steps and handrails that may work for your Flagstaff pop-up camper. Though we do not have a step designed specifically for the disabled or someone who is recovering from a broken femur, you can use a step with the shortest drop between the stairs for easier access. For a set of steps that provides you with more than a single step, the shortest drop between steps that we offer is 7 inches.
To provide the greatest stability, I recommend the Stromberg Carlson Econo Porch Trailer Step with Handrail and Landing # EHS-102-R. This step offers a 27 inch wide x 16 inch deep landing as the top step when you first step out of the camper. The other two steps measure 27 inches wide x 9 inches deep. This step offers a 7 inch rise/drop between the steps. Overall, the stairs measure 21 inches tall. One handrail is included with # EHS-102-R, but a porch with 2 handrails is available as # EHS-102-R-HR.
I have attached a review video of the Econo Porch Trailer Step for you. I have also attached a link to all of our trailer steps that have a 7 inch drop/rise between the steps for you.
If you need a step that will attach directly to the pop-up camper or steps with a different measurement, feel free to let me know the width of the mounting space on your camper as well as the overall height you need for the steps and I will be happy to make a more specific recommendation for you.
