Will this product direct fit my 2010 gmc canyon ? Or is their some cutting requirements?

You would need to go with a shorter tailgate lightbar strip since your 2010 GMC Canyon is a midsize truck. The 60 inch part # RA960134 that you referenced would be too long.
Instead you would want the part # RA960137 which is 49 inches long and would fit perfectly.
