Does this works with Honda Odyssey 2005-2007?

If your 2005 to 2007 Honda Odyssey has a 2 inch trailer hitch receiver opening then yes, the Thule T2 XTR Pro bike rack # TH69TX will fit your van. But it will likely not be able to fold up because hitches on your van tend to be recessed several inches under the vehicle. It would sit 5 inches from the hitch-pin hole when folded up. It would be 7 inches when folded down.

For another option that has more clearance I recommend the Kuat NV # NV22G-NA22G. It measures 7 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the nearest part of the rack when folded up. The Yakima HoldUp # Y02443-2 also measures 7 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the nearest part of the rack when folded up. I have linked videos for both of these bike racks for you.
