How much space between my hub face and trailer frame do I need for this tire to fit?

I went and pulled a Kenda ST205/75D15 Bias Trailer Tire with 15" Black Mod Wheel # AM3S664DX from our warehouse and measured it from the mounting flange out to the furthest point out on the tire and I measured 4 inches.
You want about 2 inches from the edge of the tire to any part of the trailer to make sure there's no contact between the two.
