The part you referenced, Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles # 84545UC1-EZ, is intended for 3500-lb axles that do not have brakes. This hub/drum has a 5-on-4-1/2 bolt pattern.
If you need a 5-on-5 bolt pattern hub/drum for use with drum brakes on a 3500-lb axle we do offer several Dexter hub/drums that you can see on the linked page, such as EZ-Lube hub # 84556UC3-EZ . All are 10 x 2-1/4-inch hubs that use the same set of bearings, inner bearing L68149 and outer bearing L44649. If these are the bearings used in your existing hubs then these will fit on your spindles. These hubs are compatible with 14- to 17-1/2-inch wheels.
We most likely have the hub you are looking for, but the number 8-282 does not cross reference with any Dexter hubs we carry.
