I have a solution for you, but the MaxxTow MT70355 (discontinued) that you referenced fit Class II trailer hitches only. It will not work on your Class I trailer hitch.
For a hitch expander with a 5 inch rise, you could use the Brophy Hitch Adapter 1-1/4 inch to 2 inch Trailer Hitch Receiver with 5 Inch Rise # HT5R.
If you want an expander without a rise, you can use the Brophy Hitch Adapter 1-1/4 inch to 2 inch Trailer Hitch Receiver # HTAD.
It is important to keep in mind that using a hitch adapter like the 2 mentioned above will reduce the tongue weight of your hitch by 50 percent and the adapter is not to be used for towing.
