The best way to find the correct replacement bearings is to get the numbers stamped on the inner and outer bearings that are on the trailer. With those you will be able to find the correct replacement bearings, races, and seals.
A second option is to measure the spindle of your trailer with a caliper like part # PTW80157 to measure the diameter where the seal, inner, and outer bearings ride. I have attached a photo that shows where you can typically find the bearing numbers and where to measure to get the correct replacement parts. for your trailer.
