Can I use both the 1418-1 base plate and 65009 front hitch on my Jeep Thank you for your time

We get this question pretty frequently, but you will have to pick one or the other. Or have both and only install one at a time depending on your needs at the time.
The front hitch part # 65009 and the base plate kit part # 1418-1 are both confirmed as fits for your 1995 Jeep Cherokee but they use the same install location and holes on your vehicle frame so they can't "peacefully coexist" together.
The installation for both is pretty easy though so if you aren't opposed to it, you could switch between either as needed. You will need new hitch hardware every time you reinstall the hitch since the hitch hardware is considered one time use.
