Which Diodes of the Optronics Light Illuminate When Brakes/Running Lights Apply STL78RB

Question:

Do all of the LEDs light up for tail light function or only the 4 in the center with the outside 6 serving as brake / turn? I am interested in separate functions in order to attract greater attention when the brake lights are activated. Or, would the Glolight work better? Thanks

When the running light circuit is activated all diodes of the # STL78RB would activate. When the brake lights or blinkers are applied the outside diodes get brighter.
