Do you carry a tail/stop light similar to STL178RB I purchased 2 of these lights, but would like to add 2 more lights just as a tail brake light.

The part # STL178RB you have now can also be used as just a stop and running light assembly. All that matters is the way it's wired since you are wanting to use it only as a stop and tail. So for that you'd need the # 118158 to separate out the stop from turn circuit so that you could have the lights ran as only the two circuits you want.
