Will the bandw turn over hitch fit my 2012 f250 with a 6 inches Zone lift kit.

The B and W Gooseneck hitch part # BWGNRK1111 that you referenced has been confirmed as a fit for your 2012 Ford F-250 and will fit with the lift kit you have, but you should note that it will be pretty difficult to tow a trailer level with a truck that sits up that high.
That being said, the hitch will fit your truck. I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
