The Thule Stacker, part # TH830 would work well on your Element with the factory roof rack.

This carrier can hold up to 4 kayaks, but you will want to make sure you do not exceed the roof weight capacity of your Honda. Another note is that the kayaks cannot be longer than 10 ft. This carrier comes with 1 pair of ratcheting tie downs, 2 straps, and buckle protectors included.

If the kayaks you are longer than 10 ft I recommend part # TH834. This is a J-style carrier that will hold one kayak. 2 Tie-down straps with padded buckles and 1 set of bow/stern tie-downs are included for securing your kayak.

If additional tie-downs are needed I recommend part # TH855XT.

For ease in securing the bow and stern of the kayaks I recommend the Quick Loop, part # TH530 and the Hood Loop, part # TH529.
